Prem Rawat's message is simple and inspiring. Here is an opportunity to listen and share this message in the form of two introductory CDs. The "Inspiration CD" has 4 tracks and lasts (30 minutes), the Being Alive CD has 1 track and lasts (53 minutes). Once downloaded each can be copied to a blank CD using iTunes or another program like Windows media player.

Instructions on how to download audio tracks and burn/copy to a cd

On the download page click "download", a box opens with a message saying
"open with iTunes (default)" click OK.

Then repeat this process for all 4 tracks.

If you don't wish to "open with iTunes"

just "save file" to your desktop, and use another program.

Open iTunes and look for an album called "Inspiration CD" .

Burn/copy to a cd

To burn/copy to a CD, you will need to create a playlist containing the 4 audio tracks
The playlist button is in the bottom left hand corner of the iTunes window.

If the tracks are not in order 1-4 rearrange as mentioned in the video. Now you are ready to burn/copy to a CD.
Pop in a blank CD and in the bottom right hand corner of iTunes playlist page click "Burn disc"

set the gaps between songs
to "none"
and tick the box "audio Cd"
